Reposition landing page around visible results and a verifiable delivery pipeline
Add English default / Dutch ?lang=nl landing copy with regression coverage
Refresh README, high-level manual docs, architecture overview, glossary and platform diagram

Verification

npm run docs:check-links
npm run verify
npm run build
Browser check: / English default and /?lang=nl Dutch, no horizontal overflow

Notes

Existing lint warnings remain outside this change: answer-modal mockToast, sprints i, idea-list cn, jobs-column cn.
