Move scrum4me-functional-spec.md, scrum4me-personas.md, and the three
dialog specs into docs/specs/ and docs/specs/dialogs/. Update all
internal references in CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, README.md, and docs/.
Remove .gitkeep placeholders from the now-populated dirs.
Create empty folder structure: architecture/, specs/, specs/dialogs/,
design/, api/, runbooks/, decisions/, backlog/, qa/, assets/ — each
with a .gitkeep so git tracks the directories.
