docs(taxonomy): move spec files into docs/specs/

Move scrum4me-functional-spec.md, scrum4me-personas.md, and the three dialog specs into docs/specs/ and docs/specs/dialogs/. Update all internal references in CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, README.md, and docs/. Remove .gitkeep placeholders from the now-populated dirs.
