Summary

Documents the accepted /agent/v1/exec streaming client contract: Content-Length body, no request-side shutdown(SHUT_WR) before SSE exit.
Adds raw-socket fd-secret regression coverage for the supported streaming client shape.
Fixes F6 by echoing optional request identity on terminal exec SSE events, so fail-closed clients can correlate exit/error frames.

Context

Server rebaseline queue task d2be21e5-d679-4d8c-8e7a-a63919312728 found F4/F5 client-adapter issues plus F6 in the route. F4/F5 remain server-local adapter patch work. This PR closes the route-side F6 prerequisite and records the contract.
