feat(ST-vmc7vpps): lib/insights/token-stats.ts — sprint KPI + per-job query

SQL-queries voor totale tokens/kosten (KPI) en per-job tabel met
ModelPrice JOIN. Guard op lege sprintId. Tests voor empty guard,
KPI-mapping en null token-data.
