The manual (docs/handleiding.md) now describes the new Mac production instance:

the address https://mac-prod.tailc720d5.ts.net, who can reach it, and logging in;
what runs there (the three LaunchDaemons plus tailscaled and the boot projection);
behaviour after a reboot (fdesetup authrestart, power failure);
updating with build/install, plus rollback;
/api/health, and the log locations under /Library/Logs/jpvisser;
a table "Wat werkt er nu op de Mac", checked in the UI on release 9b0e08ce.

That table also lists the known gaps from the switchover:

Git shows nothing without REPO_PATHS;
/mcp hits the whitelist and errors;
the Mac's hub-hook measurement is stale;
/processes shows no ports;
/releases reads frozen activator data.

The old runbooks/mac-instance.md is now marked as the fallback path.
